As a manufacturer of private label products, our success depends on the success of our private label customers. We have to meet the expectations of both our direct customers and the expectations of the final customers. With each new product, we want to confirm that we are worthy of these high expectations. Providing competent advice to our customers is an important part of ensuring our customers are satisfied. Our managers are responsible for ensuring that our customers' requirements are met.
High quality to withstand global competition
We must continuously improve all of our processes so that we can withstand global competition. We must continue to offer high-quality yet well-priced products. Our management department works together with our other departments to determine measurable quality objectives so that we can evaluate the effectiveness of our quality management system. These quality objectives are evaluated every year to determine whether or not they have been met. Our managers therefore continuously improve the efficiency of our quality management system.
Along with our customers, our employees are our most important asset. They contribute the knowledge and ability acquired over time that is required to create and develop our products. We provide our employees with information and training to ensure that each employee knows about the need for quality in his or her work, and the responsibility placed on him or her to check his or her own work. All managers are required to inform their employees about our quality policy and to support them in every way they can when completing their work tasks.
Production and work according to the highest quality standards
Our managers see quality management as their highest priority and accept full responsibility for the quality management system. They define the requirements for the quality management system and demonstrate these both to our employees and our customers.
