Our Success Story

Kleinmann - a success story that began in a residential cellar and continues today on a worldwide scale.

Gerhard and Erika Kleinmann began producing and distributing advertising material in 1979. It was Gerhard Kleinmann who thought that cleaning products for computer equipment might be a new market for his dispensing container with moist cleaning cloths that he had previously only distributed for baby care and disinfection products.

Once he had convinced a large computer accessory company of his idea to sell a product under its own name, the first products were "expertly" developed in the cellar of the Kleinmann company using a bucket and funnel.

A worldwide company in 27 years

From these humble beginnings, our company has grown over the past 27 years to be the worldwide largest manufacturer for computer cleaning products with a focus on producing products for brand name companies. Kleinmann employs around 100 employees in two plants and has 39 representatives abroad and 6 representatives in Germany. Our company's headquarters can be found in the Swabian Alb in the south of Germany, idyllically located between a ski lift and golf course and exactly in the right place to work on inn ovations and develop new products in peace and quiet.

Our company now provides flexible production for both smaller production batches that are produced using manual filling machines as well as for very large quantities that are produced using fully automated methods. We have a 2,500m² pallet warehouse where we can store up to 2,000 pallets and our own chemistry department where we carry out quality control and develop new products. Kleinmann GmbH is certified to ISO 9001:2000.
